Essential information for a conscious, quiet stay.

To preserve the balance of the spaces, pets are not permitted.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:

  • For cancellations made between 14 and 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
  • For cancellations made from 9 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.


In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the total cost of the reserved stay will be applied.

Children are welcome when accompanied, in harmony with the quiet spirit of the house.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Different times may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

The tourist tax of the Municipality of Mandello del Lario amounts to €2 per person, per night.

FORESTERIA MONASTERO is a non-smoking house, in respect of the quiet atmosphere shared by all guests. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

FORESTERIA MONASTERO is located in the lakeside area of Mandello del Lario and does not provide private parking. Public parking – both free and paid – is available nearby, subject to availability and not reservable.

Transfer service is available upon request and at an additional cost.
We will be pleased to welcome you at the railway station, airport, or any other location you may require. Rates are calculated according to distance and are independent of the type of vehicle.
